Feats that Modify/Improve the Leadership Feat?

I was wondering if anybody knew of any feats that modify or improve the Leadership Feat (besides the Epic Leadership Feat).

Taking leadership twice gets you another cohort and twice the number of followers.Other than that, I haven't seen anything.
There are tons of third party developer Leadership type or Leadership enhancement feats in Mongoose's Ultimate Feats and AEG's Feats. Some are very nice. Check out both books (I think AEG's feats has a slight edge).
Gorgeous. Gives a +2 to charisma for all appearance related stuff (KoK PG). Does not help with spellcasting though.
Races of faerun has Might makes right, that allows to add your strength modifier to your leadership score.
AEG's Evil has a variant called Tyrant that lets you attract a horde of goblinoids
